Hooray, my proof copy of "The Art of Shadowscapes Tarot - Minor Arcana" www.shadowscapes.com/image.php… arrived in the mail today, and it looks great.  Even better than the first book because my printer was able to achieve better colors this time due to different file format and the help of some of my graphic designer friends.  

So I'm now accepting pre-orders for this lovely companion volume to the Major Arcana book! $55.00 for the book alone, or as usual with Shadowscapes-published items there is a sketch option for an additional $15.00. The shipment should be coming in 8 weeks, so the aim is for me to start shipping pre-orders in late-October and September. Please note that if you select the sketch option that will require extra time as well because those are all done individually by hand!

Hardcover with dust jacket, 160 pages.  It's quite a bit chunkier than the first book, which was only 96 pages.  Full color, 8x11 inches. Featuring each of the 56 minor arcana paintings (and the Happy Squirrel), along with text to accompany the images and ink illustrations that I worked on over the past year, created especially for this book. It follows a similar format to the Majors book, although instead of a full two pages of sketches for each card, there are the card spread pages for each suit followed by sketches of the development of individual pieces and insights into the symbols depicted, inspirations, and the lore behind them in 10-14 page sections "From the Sketchbook".

Conventions!

This year I've really cut back on travel to big shows, but I will still be going to Dragoncon in Atlanta, Sept 3-6.  Look for me in the Marquis Ballroom (Exhibitor Hall 2).  I don't have a separate listing in the program book, but I'll be sharing a booth with Elmore Productions.
